Step-by-Step Instructions for Virgin Strawberry Pina Colada
- In a blender, combine fresh strawberries with ¼ cup of pineapple juice. Blend until you achieve a smooth mixture. Pour the strawberry puree into a jug and set aside.
- Rinse the blender, then add chunks of fresh pineapple, a handful of ice cubes, ½ cup of pineapple juice, and 1 cup of coconut milk. Blend on high for about 1 minute until velvety and creamy.
- Pour the strawberry base into a tall glass until it’s about 25% full, then carefully top with the Pina Colada mixture, pouring slowly to create layers.
