  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • Seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper) adjust to taste
  • 4 large Tortillas or Lavash Bread consider spinach or whole wheat wraps

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup of sour cream or Greek yogurt. Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheese along with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add in 1 cup of diced bell peppers, 1/2 cup of shredded carrots, 1 cup of chopped spinach, and 1/4 cup of chopped green onions. Stir gently until all vegetables are coated.
  3. Take a large tortilla or lavash bread and spread a layer of the creamy vegetable filling over it, leaving an inch border. Roll the tortilla tightly.
  4. Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Unwrap the roll, slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels, and arrange on a platter.
