  3. Blend the Sauce: In a blender, combine soaked cashews, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Return cooked pasta to the pot and pour in the sauce. Toss gently over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
