Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, lemon juice, dill, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add shredded chicken, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and parsley to the tzatziki mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more lemon juice or salt if desired.
  4. For more flavor, cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
