Preparation Steps
- Preheat your panini maker or griddle on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Butter one side of each slice of multigrain bread and spread a layer of mayonnaise on the opposite side.
- Layer the fillings with two slices of Brie on one piece of bread followed by three apple slices, turkey, and arugula. Top with the remaining apple slices and two additional slices of Brie.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, ensuring the buttered side is facing out.
- Grill the panini in the preheated panini maker or on the griddle for about 8–10 minutes until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Once grilled to perfection, remove from heat, let it rest, cut in half, and serve with extra maple Dijon mayonnaise.
