Step-by-Step Instructions for Salted Caramel Cracker Bites
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While the oven is warming, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the oyster crackers evenly across the lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the butter and brown sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture starts to boil gently, about 2–3 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the warm caramel evenly over the arranged oyster crackers and gently toss the crackers until well-coated.
