- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 4x8 inch loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the banana mixture, mixing well. Add vanilla extract.
