Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose baking mix with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar until combined.
  3. Pour in 1/2 cup of half and half and 1/2 cup of melted salted butter into the dry mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  4. Fold in 1 cup of chopped strawberries and 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips carefully.
  5. Using a medium cookie scoop, portion the dough onto the prepared cookie sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  6. If desired, sprinkle coarse raw cane sugar on top of each cookie mound.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are set and tops are lightly golden.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes.
  9. Whisk together 1 cup of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of half and half until smooth, then drizzle over the cooled cookies.
