- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, melted butter, and large egg. Stir the mixture using a spatula or electric mixer until it becomes smooth and well blended, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the bowl and mix until fully incorporated, about 2 more minutes.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Once the dough is chilled, line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
