Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, soy sauce, and fresh lime juice. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the diced sushi-grade tuna, red onion, and green onion until just combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat about 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F. Shape wonton wrappers into taco shells and fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Once the wonton shells are crispy and cooled, fill each taco shell with the tuna mixture.
  5. Top each taco with fresh avocado slices and serve with jalapeños or pickled ginger on the side.
