- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, soy sauce, and fresh lime juice. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the diced sushi-grade tuna, red onion, and green onion until just combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat about 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F. Shape wonton wrappers into taco shells and fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Once the wonton shells are crispy and cooled, fill each taco shell with the tuna mixture.
- Top each taco with fresh avocado slices and serve with jalapeños or pickled ginger on the side.
