  1. Prepare the Salmon: Flake the cooked salmon into a medium bowl, ensuring there are no skin or bones present.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In the bowl with the flaked salmon, add the egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, parsley, lemon juice, panko breadcrumbs, and salt and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Form Patties: Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about ¾ inch thick. Optionally, roll in extra panko.
