- Slice tender beef into strips or leave whole. Marinate with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and sugar until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
- Combine broth ingredients in a pot, bring to a simmer, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add ramen noodles to the broth and cook for about 3 minutes or until al dente.
- Grill marinated beef for 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized. Rest, then slice thinly.
- Divide cooked ramen into bowls, top with beef, drizzle creamy sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
