For the Beef
  • 1 pound Beef (ribeye or sirloin) can swap for mushrooms or tofu
For the Broth
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce consider low-sodium
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang Korean chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon Gochugaru Korean red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil can replace with vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar or refined sugar
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic preferably fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar can substitute with apple cider vinegar
For the Noodles
  • 4 servings Ramen Noodles can use fresh or instant
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha adjust based on spice preference
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions freshly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Black Sesame Seeds optional, can substitute with white

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Slice tender beef into strips or leave whole. Marinate with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and sugar until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
  3. Combine broth ingredients in a pot, bring to a simmer, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add ramen noodles to the broth and cook for about 3 minutes or until al dente.
  5. Grill marinated beef for 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized. Rest, then slice thinly.
  6. Divide cooked ramen into bowls, top with beef, drizzle creamy sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
