Instructions
  1. Prepare the Strawberry Filling: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Cook until thickened, about 10-15 minutes. Cool and blend until smooth.
  2. Make the Dough: In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, letting it sit for 5 minutes. Add yeast mixture, egg, and butter to dry ingredients, mixing until a rough dough forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes.
  3. First Rise: Shape dough into a ball, place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  4. Shape the Rolls: After rising, punch down the dough and roll into a large rectangle. Spread strawberry filling, cut into strips, and roll into spirals. Place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Second Rise: Cover rolls and let rise until puffy, about 30-45 minutes.
  6. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Prepare the Glaze: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until fluffy.
  8. Finish: Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve immediately.
