Cooking Steps
  1. Place the boneless ham in the slow cooker, ensuring it fits snugly.

  3. Pour the mustard mixture over the ham in the slow cooker, making sure to coat it evenly.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low. Cook for 6-7 hours until fork-tender.
  5. Carefully remove the ham and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Pour the cooking liquid from the slow cooker into a saucepan and bring it to a simmer over medium heat, allowing it to reduce slightly for about 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Return the shredded ham to the slow cooker, pour the creamy sauce over the top, and gently stir to coat.
