Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Sticky Beef Noodles
  1. Start by slicing your beef into thin strips and chopping your chosen vegetables, such as bell peppers and carrots. Gather your sauce ingredients, including soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and ginger.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add your noodles, cooking them according to package instructions, usually around 4-6 minutes. Once cooked, drain the noodles in a colander and toss them with a drizzle of oil.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. In batches, sear the sliced beef strips for about 2-3 minutes until browned. Once browned, remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and ginger over medium heat for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the soy sauce and honey, mixing well; allow to bubble and thicken for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the seared beef to the skillet along with your chopped vegetables. Toss everything together to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
  6. Carefully incorporate the cooked noodles into the skillet, tossing until evenly coated in the sauce, about 2 more minutes.
  7. Plate your Sticky Beef Noodles while hot, garnishing with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
