  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine two blocks of cream cheese with half of the sweetened condensed milk. Using a hand mixer, blend for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Gradually pour in the remaining sweetened condensed milk while continuing to mix for another 2-3 minutes until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in one cup of whipped topping along with the key lime juice and zest from one lime.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and top with reserved lime zest. Serve immediately or chill for up to one hour.
