Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken breast, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add minced garlic, stirring quickly for about 30 seconds until fragrant and golden. This enhances the flavor.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of BBQ sauce, followed by 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 cup of chicken broth. Stir well to combine smoothly and heat.
  4. Add 12 oz of rotini pasta to the pot, ensuring it's submerged in the sauce. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Return cooked chicken to the pot, stir gently to coat with sauce, and allow to heat through for another minute.
  6. Remove from heat, transfer to serving bowls, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
