- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of milk, 8 large eggs, 3 chopped green onions, 1 tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp salt. Whisk together until smooth.
- Layer half of the Canadian bacon evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish, followed by the diced English muffins, and then top with the remaining Canadian bacon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
- After chilling, sprinkle ½ tsp paprika on top, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, whisk together 1 cup of milk with the Hollandaise mix and ¼ cup of butter over medium heat until thickened.
- Once baked, let the casserole cool slightly, cut into 10 servings, and drizzle with warm Hollandaise sauce before serving.
