Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of milk, 8 large eggs, 3 chopped green onions, 1 tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp salt. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Layer half of the Canadian bacon evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish, followed by the diced English muffins, and then top with the remaining Canadian bacon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  5. After chilling, sprinkle ½ tsp paprika on top, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. In a small saucepan, whisk together 1 cup of milk with the Hollandaise mix and ¼ cup of butter over medium heat until thickened.
  7. Once baked, let the casserole cool slightly, cut into 10 servings, and drizzle with warm Hollandaise sauce before serving.
