Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil can substitute with olive oil or any neutral oil
  • 1 pound Ground Pork alternatives include chicken or beef
  • 1 large Onion use yellow, white, or green onions as a substitute
  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh minced garlic recommended; can substitute with garlic powder
For the Veggies
  • 14 ounces Coleslaw Mix can also use shredded cabbage or a mix of your choice
  • 1 Green Onions optional but recommended as a garnish
For the Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce low-sodium soy sauce is a healthier option
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil can substitute with regular sesame oil or omit
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar can use honey or a sugar substitute for keto

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil once hot.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground pork to the skillet, breaking it apart. Cook for 6-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in one diced onion and 3 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until onions are soft.
  4. Mix in a 14-ounce bag of coleslaw mix, cooking for 5-7 minutes until tender yet slightly crisp.
  5. Pour in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
