- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil once hot.
- Add 1 pound of ground pork to the skillet, breaking it apart. Cook for 6-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in one diced onion and 3 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until onions are soft.
- Mix in a 14-ounce bag of coleslaw mix, cooking for 5-7 minutes until tender yet slightly crisp.
- Pour in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
