- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with non-stick baking spray.
- Divide the refrigerated pizza dough into four equal pieces and stretch each piece to approximately 5x7 inches.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped bacon, 1 ½ cups of shredded cheese, and 1 cup of Caesar dressing. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon a quarter of the filling mixture onto the center of each stretched dough piece, ensuring not to overfill.
- Roll each piece of dough around the filling, pinching the seams and ends tightly to seal.
- Brush the tops of the chicken bakes with remaining Caesar dressing and sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm.
