  • 4 thighs Chicken Thighs Bone-in, skin-on
For the Aromatics
  • 1 medium Onion Sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
For the Sauce
  • 1 medium Apple Granny Smith, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Dry French apple cider
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Dairy-free option available
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
For Cooking

Directions
  1. Season the Chicken with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Sear the Chicken in a hot skillet with olive oil or butter for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Cook the Onions and Garlic in the same skillet until softened and fragrant.
  4. Add the Apples and Herbs, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the Apple Cider and chicken broth, scraping browned bits.
  6. Simmer the Chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Make the Creamy Sauce by stirring in mustard and cream, simmering until thickened.
  8. Serve the Chicken warm in the sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.
