- In a blender, combine eggs, flour, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and frothy (about 30 seconds). Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Remove the hot skillet from the oven, add 1 tablespoon of butter, and swirl to coat the bottom and sides.
- Pour the rested batter into the hot skillet, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon evenly on top.
