  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine Salad Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, thawed corn, diced red bell pepper, chopped red onion, and cilantro. Fold in crumbled cotija cheese.
  4. Mix and Coat: Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
