  • 1-2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Or chili flakes.
  • 3/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce: Finely mince parsley and cilantro, then whisk together garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and crushed red pepper in a bowl before folding in the herbs.
  2. Preheat the Oven and Steak Preparation: Remove steaks from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking and preheat oven to 415°F (215°C).
  3. Season the Steaks: Generously season both sides of steaks with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear the Steaks: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sear steaks for about 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer to Oven: Move the skillet to the oven and bake according to desired doneness.
  6. Rest and Serve: Allow steaks to rest for 5-7 minutes before slicing and topping with chimichurri.
