Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, sugar, yellow mustard, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the lean ground beef, finely chopped white onion, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, breaking apart until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  4. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the baking dish. Spread a layer of creamy sauce, followed by the cooked beef mixture. Top with slices of American cheese and dill pickle chips.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and melted. Keep an eye to avoid over-browning.
  6. Remove from oven and add shredded lettuce and another drizzle of sauce. Place top buns on sliders.
  7. Melt butter and brush generously over the top of the buns. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Return to oven for 3-4 minutes until tops are golden.
  8. Let cool for a minute, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
