Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by dicing fresh pineapple and thinly slicing cucumber. Place in a large mixing bowl with finely chopped red onion. Toss gently until mixed.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine chili powder, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth.
