Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease each cup of a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
  2. Unroll the refrigerated crescent dough, forming a rectangle and spread peach preserves evenly over the dough.
  3. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the peach preserves, allowing the flavor to infuse throughout the filling.
  4. Roll the dough tightly into a spiral and slice into equal pieces, about 1 inch thick.
  5. Place each sliced dough spiral into the muffin tin, standing upright. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  7. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Drizzle a sweet powdered sugar glaze over the tops.
