Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease each cup of a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent dough, forming a rectangle and spread peach preserves evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the peach preserves, allowing the flavor to infuse throughout the filling.
- Roll the dough tightly into a spiral and slice into equal pieces, about 1 inch thick.
- Place each sliced dough spiral into the muffin tin, standing upright. Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Drizzle a sweet powdered sugar glaze over the tops.
