Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Crumble the feta cheese into a mixing bowl, then sprinkle in the dried oregano, black pepper, and optional chili flakes. Mix until creamy.
  3. Layer two sheets of phyllo pastry, brushing the top sheet lightly with melted butter.
  4. Add a portion of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo sheets, keeping it concentrated.
  5. Fold the edges of the phyllo over the filling and roll tightly from the filled end.
  6. Brush each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs.
