  • 1 tbsp lemon zest fresh zest preferred
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup roasted peppers finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano fresh if available
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup green olives for garnish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, add the green olives, feta cheese, cream cheese, extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend these ingredients for 1-2 minutes until creamy yet slightly chunky.
  2. Add the finely chopped roasted peppers, dried oregano, and optional chili flakes to the mixture. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Pulse for another 15-30 seconds until well combined.
  3. Scoop the dip into a serving bowl, creating a slightly elevated center. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top and arrange whole green olives around the dip.
  4. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors. Serve chilled alongside crispy pita chips or fresh vegetable sticks.
