- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin.
- Mash 2-3 ripe bananas in a medium mixing bowl until slightly lumpy.
- Combine melted butter with mashed bananas, add salt and sugar, then mix in one beaten egg and vanilla extract.
- Fold in 1.5 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking soda until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into each muffin cup, filling halfway and creating a small well in the center.
- Warm Nutella for 10-15 seconds and drop 1 teaspoon into each muffin well.
- Using a toothpick, gently swirl the Nutella into the batter.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
