Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant white chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of cold 2% milk. Whisk for about 2 minutes until thickened, then mix in 2-3 drops of gel food coloring.
- Pour the pudding mixture into the Oreo pie crust, spreading it evenly.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to set.
- Remove from refrigerator, add Cool Whip on top, and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with green sanding sugar and mini red heart sprinkles as a festive decoration.
- Add large red heart sprinkles before serving for a decorative finish.
- Slice the pie into wedges and serve chilled.
