Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant white chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of cold 2% milk. Whisk for about 2 minutes until thickened, then mix in 2-3 drops of gel food coloring.
  2. Pour the pudding mixture into the Oreo pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to set.
  4. Remove from refrigerator, add Cool Whip on top, and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with green sanding sugar and mini red heart sprinkles as a festive decoration.
  6. Add large red heart sprinkles before serving for a decorative finish.
  7. Slice the pie into wedges and serve chilled.
