- Roll out pie crusts on a lightly floured surface and cut out 4-inch circles. Grease a muffin tin with butter and press dough circles into each cup. Freeze while preparing the filling.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while gathering filling ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper. Add cayenne, spinach, onion, ham, and cheese. Mix until blended.
