For the Filling
  • 12 oz Bag of Green Beans (drained) Fresh or frozen green beans are alternatives.
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup Can substitute with cream of celery or chicken soup.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (divided) Feel free to use your favorite cheese.
For the Crunch
  • ¾ cup French's Crispy Fried Onions (divided) Homemade crispy onions can also be used.
Seasoning
  • Salt To taste.
  • Pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Separate the biscuits and lightly grease a mini muffin tin. Press each biscuit into the tin to form small cups.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the crispy fried onions. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Spoon the filling into each biscuit cup, topping with the remaining cheese and fried onions.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before serving warm.
