Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Separate the biscuits and lightly grease a mini muffin tin. Press each biscuit into the tin to form small cups.
- In a medium bowl, combine drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the crispy fried onions. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Spoon the filling into each biscuit cup, topping with the remaining cheese and fried onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before serving warm.
