Step-by-Step Instructions for Pizza Grilled Cheese
  1. Spread a layer of butter on one side of each slice of bread. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the buttered side.
  2. On a clean surface, lay two slices of bread with the buttered side down. Spread marinara sauce on the unbuttered side, then layer shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and turkey pepperoni.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and cook the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes, pressing down with a spatula to encourage melting.
  4. Flip the sandwiches and cook for another 3-4 minutes, continuing to press down until golden brown.
