Step-by-Step Instructions for Pizza Grilled Cheese
- Gather all your ingredients: bread, cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni, olive oil or butter, and seasonings.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce on one side of each of two slices of bread.
- On each sauce-covered slice, place a slice of mozzarella cheese, adding a second slice on top for maximum meltiness.
- Sprinkle half the pepperoni slices over the cheese on one of the slices, then top with another slice of cheese.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
- Carefully place the assembled sandwich in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown and cheese begins to melt.
