Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your baking dish.
  2. Combine ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Press the meatloaf mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Cook your macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Whisk in milk until the mixture thickens, then add salt, pepper, paprika, mustard, and cheese.
  7. Fold cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce and pour over the meatloaf.
