  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce soy sauce can substitute
  • to taste Salt & Pepper for seasoning
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese or mozzarella as an alternative
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella for topping
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil or another neutral oil

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add diced onion and bell peppers, and sauté for 5-6 minutes until softened.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 7-8 minutes until browned.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, cook for an additional minute.
  6. Lower heat and add softened cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  7. Transfer mixture to the baking dish, layer with provolone cheese, and top with shredded mozzarella.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown, then let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
