  2. Stir in 3-4 tablespoons of Calabrian chili paste and cook for an additional minute. Incorporate half of the 1/2 cup of finely chopped cilantro.
  3. Season 1 1/2 pounds of peeled and deveined shrimp with a pinch of salt, add them to the pan in a single layer, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque.
  4. Remove the pan from heat, top with remaining cilantro, and serve immediately with crusty bread.
