  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract can replace with almond extract
  • 5-6 medium Mashed Overripe Bananas spotted or black
  • 1 cup Chopped Toffee dark chocolate chips are an alternative

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while preparing loaf pans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, combine white sugar and dark brown sugar, then add eggs, vegetable oil, milk, bourbon, maple extract, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the mashed overripe bananas into the wet mixture.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chopped toffee pieces.
  7. Pour the batter into prepared loaf pans and bake for 55-60 minutes for standard loaves.
  8. Once baked, let it cool for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
