  • 3-4 tablespoons water to bind flour

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Potato Samosas
  1. Prep Potatoes: Peel and cube potatoes. Boil in water for 15 minutes until tender, then drain and mash.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil, add onions, garlic, ginger, and jalapeño. Sauté for 5 minutes until onions are translucent.
  3. Combine Fillings: Stir in frozen carrots and peas, then fold in mashed potatoes and spices. Mix well.
  4. Prepare Samosa Wrappers: Mix flour with water to create a sealing paste. Set aside.
  5. Assemble Samosas: Cut pastries, fold into cones, fill with potato mixture, and seal edges with flour paste.
