- In a large skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add bite-sized pieces of chicken and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in the shredded green cabbage and carrots into the pan with the chicken. Continue to sauté for about 3-5 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
