  • 9 sheets Lasagna Noodles
For the Seafood Filling
  • 1 pound Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Crab Meat can substitute with cod, scallops, or mussels
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1 jar Alfredo Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese can substitute with cottage cheese
For Toppings
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped, can replace with basil or dill

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, heat the Alfredo sauce and add the shrimp and crab meat, cooking until the shrimp turns pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the seafood mixture, ricotta cheese, and lasagna noodles. Repeat until ingredients are used.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Allow the lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before serving, garnished with parsley.
