Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.

  4. In a mixing bowl, blend together 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of sour cream, and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
