  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder less if using fresh minced garlic

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the slices of prosciutto on a flat surface, arranging them side by side.
  3. Drain the excess liquid from the mozzarella balls and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  4. If using larger mozzarella balls, slice them in half; smaller balls can remain whole.
  5. Wrap each mozzarella ball with a slice of prosciutto tightly.
  6. In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium-low heat, add oregano, garlic powder, and pepper, and stir for 30 seconds.
  7. Brush each wrapped bite with the olive oil mixture.
  8. Arrange the bites on the lined baking sheet, spacing them out.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until prosciutto is crispy and golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, optionally sprinkle fresh basil on top, and serve warm.
