- Separate the slices of prosciutto on a flat surface, arranging them side by side.
- Drain the excess liquid from the mozzarella balls and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- If using larger mozzarella balls, slice them in half; smaller balls can remain whole.
- Wrap each mozzarella ball with a slice of prosciutto tightly.
- In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium-low heat, add oregano, garlic powder, and pepper, and stir for 30 seconds.
- Brush each wrapped bite with the olive oil mixture.
- Arrange the bites on the lined baking sheet, spacing them out.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until prosciutto is crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, optionally sprinkle fresh basil on top, and serve warm.
