Step-by-Step Instructions for Christmas Pecan Turtles
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread pecans evenly on a baking sheet and toast them for 8-10 minutes.

  3. Heat the caramel mixture in the microwave on high for about 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  4. Transfer the caramel and pecan mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate in a separate bowl, microwaving in 30-second increments until smooth.
