Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Gently fold in the heavy cream, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Grease and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, allowing overhang.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from the pan using the parchment overhang, slice, and serve with toppings if desired.
