  3. Gently pull the lobster meat from its shell and place it on top, showcasing its color.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and dried pepper flakes. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat, reserving some for serving.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a broiler-safe pan and broil for 6 to 8 minutes until the meat is opaque and reaches 140-145°F.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately, drizzling reserved garlic butter sauce over the tails and garnishing with parsley.
