- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until golden and fragrant.
- Add 14 ounces of Lil Smokies to the skillet with the sautéed garlic. Stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes until nicely browned and heated through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/3 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Pour over the cooked Lil Smokies.
- Simmer the smokies in the glaze for about 3-5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens and clings.
- Remove from heat and garnish with red pepper flakes and freshly chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
