Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until golden and fragrant.
  2. Add 14 ounces of Lil Smokies to the skillet with the sautéed garlic. Stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes until nicely browned and heated through.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/3 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Pour over the cooked Lil Smokies.
  4. Simmer the smokies in the glaze for about 3-5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens and clings.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with red pepper flakes and freshly chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
