  • 1/2 cup Honey Garlic Sauce Homemade or store-bought.
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce Optional but recommended for heat.
For the Salad Base
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce Can substitute with iceberg or kale.
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion Can omit or replace with shallots.
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper Can swap for other bell peppers.
  • 1 cup Cucumber Can replace with shredded carrots.
For the Finishing Touches
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing Or dressing of your choice.
  • 1 cup Cheese Optional, can use cheddar or mozzarella.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl, combine cooked, diced chicken with honey garlic sauce and buffalo wing sauce.
  2. In a large bowl, add chopped romaine lettuce and drizzle ranch dressing over it. Toss to coat.
  3. Dice red onion, chop red bell pepper, and slice cucumber, then combine in a separate bowl.
  4. Spoon the dressed romaine and veggie mixture onto a large serving plate. Add shredded cheese on top if desired.
  5. Layer the coated chicken on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
