- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, combine with honey and kosher salt, then set aside.
- Drizzle asparagus with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and toss to coat evenly.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into four squares.
- Place prosciutto, asparagus, and cheddar cheese on each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal tightly with egg wash.
- Place sealed wraps seam-side down on the baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper.
- Bake for 14-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
