Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, combine with honey and kosher salt, then set aside.
  3. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into four squares.
  5. Place prosciutto, asparagus, and cheddar cheese on each pastry square.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal tightly with egg wash.
  7. Place sealed wraps seam-side down on the baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper.
  8. Bake for 14-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
